We collect information you provide directly: email address, display name, golf handicap, training preferences (experience level, training days, session duration, equipment), workout logs, and calendar events.

We automatically collect: device information, usage analytics (via PostHog), and health data (via Apple HealthKit or Google Health Connect, only with your explicit permission).

How We Use Your Information

We use your information to generate personalized training programs, track workout progress, adapt programs to your golf calendar, and improve the product experience.

Third-Party Services

We use the following third-party services that may process your data:

• Supabase -- database hosting and authentication
• PostHog -- product analytics
• RevenueCat -- subscription management
• Google Gemini -- AI program generation (workout preferences only, no personal identifiers)

Data Retention

We retain your data for as long as your account is active. You can request deletion of your account and all associated data at any time through the app settings or by contacting support@golfbod.app.

Your Rights

You have the right to access, correct, or delete your personal data. You may also request a copy of your data in a portable format. To exercise these rights, contact support@golfbod.app.

If you are in the European Economic Area (EEA), you have additional rights under the GDPR. If you are a California resident, you have additional rights under the CCPA.
