Common questions

How do I cancel my subscription?

Subscriptions are managed through the Apple App Store or Google Play Store. Open your device settings, go to Subscriptions, and cancel from there.

How do I delete my account?

Open the app, go to Settings, and tap "Delete Account." This permanently removes all your data.

The app isn't loading my program.
