Yes. GolfBod Concierge Launch is an optional $299 one-time service for roster preparation, staff setup, organizing your coach-approved programs, and a guided launch walkthrough. Add it when you subscribe, or purchase it later from Team plan & billing. We’ll contact you after payment to arrange setup. It does not change your plan’s renewal price.
Yes. Create a team for your coaching staff, invite your golfers, and prescribe plans for the equipment each player can use. Coaches share a roster, track review dates, and compare assessments over time. Each golfer controls sharing of their training data. Players can train at school, at a gym, at home, or while traveling.
No. The course provides the instruction; golfers use the training setup available to them. That can be a gym membership, home equipment, a hotel gym, or no equipment. Instructors choose the approved program options.
Yes. There are no per-coach fees, and every coach on your staff gets the coaching tools. Each golfer has a lead contact, while the roster, plans, notes, and assessments stay with the team. Training access depends on the golfer’s sharing permission. Instructors who work with several teams can switch between them.
Yes. A solo coach is a team of one. Add colleagues whenever you need them.
Paid team plans include personal GolfBod Pro for 3 coaches on Core, 5 on Growth, and 10 on Scale. It is an included perk at no extra cost: unlimited personal programs, the program builder, and Pro mobility sessions for their own training. Coaches use their existing GolfBod account. If they already pay for personal Pro, they can review that separate subscription in the app to avoid duplicate payments.
Golfers run programs assigned by their team for free while they remain connected. Their own GolfBod-generated and custom programs follow the usual free and Pro rules. The included personal Pro perk is for active coaching staff; golfers’ personal subscriptions remain separate.
They choose their available setup and preview your approved alternatives. If none fits, they can send an adjustment request. You see it on the roster and can revise the offer in the app, keeping its instruction goal and review date.
The golfer decides. Team sharing covers current and future instructors and can be turned off at any time. Existing permission for one coach stays with that coach until the golfer explicitly chooses team sharing. A golfer can still receive a plan with sharing off.
Yes. The owner can designate billing contacts to manage payments and invoices without accessing golfers’ training. Contact us for annual purchasing assistance or a roster larger than 100 golfers. Annual plans include two months free compared with paying monthly.
