These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the GolfBod mobile application and website (collectively, the "Service") operated by Greenside Ventures ("we," "our," or "us").

Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

The Service

GolfBod provides personalized fitness programs for golfers using AI, with training adapted to the equipment they have available. The Service includes workout programming, exercise guidance, progress tracking, and hosted team coaching tools. GolfBod is not a substitute for professional medical advice or personal training.

Subscriptions

Personal Pro subscriptions purchased through the Apple App Store or Google Play Store are managed through that store and are subject to its subscription policies. Free features (including the pre-round warm-up) remain available without a subscription.

GolfBod Coaching team subscriptions are purchased and managed on our website, with payments processed by Stripe. The selected price, billing period, and applicable tax are shown before payment. Subscriptions renew until canceled. The team owner or a designated billing contact can manage the plan, payment method, invoices, and cancellation from Team plan & billing. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the paid period. Plan changes take effect immediately, with any prorated charge or credit shown before confirmation. Proration credits apply to future invoices and are not automatic cash refunds. Contact support for refund requests; this does not limit any rights you have under applicable law.

Paid team plans include personal Pro for a set number of active coaching staff: 3 on Core, 5 on Growth, and 10 on Scale. It goes to the coaches at the top of the team list, in the order the team owner sets, while the team has eligible paid, trial, or payment-grace access. This benefit ends when staff membership or eligible team access ends, without deleting personal training history. Billing-only contacts and golfers do not receive personal Pro. Existing personal subscriptions are managed separately and are not canceled automatically.

Concierge Launch

GolfBod Concierge Launch is an optional, one-time setup service billed separately from the team subscription. It covers roster preparation, coaching staff setup, organization of your coach-approved programs, and a guided launch walkthrough. It does not include custom software development or equipment. After successful payment, we contact you to arrange the service. Your purchase does not add a recurring Concierge charge.

You may request a full Concierge refund before work begins. Once work has started, contact support for a review based on the work completed and any applicable legal rights. Canceling your team subscription does not automatically cancel or refund Concierge Launch.

User Responsibilities

You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account. You agree to use the Service only for lawful purposes. You acknowledge that exercise carries inherent risk and agree to consult a physician before beginning any training program.

Intellectual Property

The Service, including its content, features, and functionality, is owned by Greenside Ventures and protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Greenside Ventures shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Service.

Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify you of significant changes through the app or by email.
