These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the GolfBod mobile application and website (collectively, the "Service") operated by Greenside Ventures ("we," "our," or "us").

Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

The Service

GolfBod generates personalized gym training programs for golfers using AI. The Service provides workout programming, exercise guidance, and progress tracking. GolfBod is not a substitute for professional medical advice or personal training.

Subscriptions

Some features require a paid subscription, managed through the Apple App Store or Google Play Store. Subscription terms, pricing, and cancellation are governed by the respective store policies. Free features (including the pre-round warm-up) remain available without a subscription.

User Responsibilities

You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account. You agree to use the Service only for lawful purposes. You acknowledge that exercise carries inherent risk and agree to consult a physician before beginning any training program.

Intellectual Property

The Service, including its content, features, and functionality, is owned by Greenside Ventures and protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Greenside Ventures shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Service.

Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify you of significant changes through the app or by email.
