05The GolfBod guide

Exercises & equipment

The golf-rated library, preferences, swaps, and equipment profiles.

The library

More than 230 exercises, each tied to a movement pattern and rated for how well it transfers to golf. Every exercise has a video demo, coaching cues, and step-by-step instructions. The programming favors the movements that earn their place — compound lifts and golf-relevant patterns over novelty.

Telling GolfBod what you like

Set a preference on any exercise — Always, More, Less, or Never— and future programming listens. Never means never; Always means it shows up whenever it fits your plan's structure.

Swaps

Don't like what's on the card today, or the rack is taken? Swap any exercise for an equipment-matched alternative in the same movement pattern — once for today, or permanently. Your logged weights carry across to the alternative, so a swap never resets your progress.

Equipment profiles

Profiles describe what you have available — full gym, home setup, hotel, or bodyweight-only — and every generated session selects only from what the active profile contains. Switch profiles in a tap when you travel; the program re-fits itself without losing the plot.

  • Edit a profile any time — equipment is grouped by category with quick select-all.
  • The pre-round warm-up and mobility sessions adapt to your equipment too.

Good to know

Preferences plus profiles are how you make GolfBod yours: the engine writes the plan, but it writes it out of movements you'd actually choose, with equipment you actually have.
